Nutrition
Strength, endurance, recovery, and resilience are not built in the gym alone, they’re built through what you fuel your body with every day.
If you’re serious about getting stronger, improving your conditioning, and recovering faster between sessions, nutrition is a non-negotiable pillar. The right nutrition strategy supports muscle growth, stable energy levels, hormone health, cognitive focus, and the ability to train consistently without burning out.
At the gym, we approach nutrition the same way we approach training; strategically, with a focus on longevity.
Our in-house Clinical Nutritionist Aimee Revill, Director of Optimise Health Hub, works with athletes and high-performing individuals to optimise health, recovery, and physical performance through targeted nutrition strategies. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and works as a health optimisation coach and Yoga Nidra teacher, bringing together evidence-based nutrition with recovery practices that support both physical performance and nervous system resilience.
If you want to get the most out of your training and build a body that performs as well as it looks, nutrition is where it starts.

About the coach
As an infantry soldier, Alex had thorough experience in maintaining his own physical and mental readiness as a result of constant gymnastics, acrobatic and athletic training throughout his adolescence which saw him lead the physical and mental preparations of any unit he was posted to.
He has since expanded his knowledge and experience as an apprentice of numerous strength and conditioning coaches, specifically through the Strongfirst organisation, achieving the SFG2 instructor standard. As well as competing in RX individual, team and pairs divisions in multiple Australian states in the sport of Crossfit.
A competitive black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu, professional MMA fighter, boxer and combatives instructor in the Australian Army, Alex has an excellent understanding of what is required to improve your performance as a combat sports athlete, tactical athlete or first responder and can improve your technical knowledge on the mats as well as with the kettlebell. The bottom line is, when it comes to passion, enthusiasm, and credibility, Alex is one of a kind.
